How to Donate to the MAB Foundation
The MAB Foundation has made a specific goal to encourage even more individuals to
choose a career in broadcasting by offering more scholarships, internships, career
fairs, and unique educational events such as our Broadcasting Career Builder Conference.
However, to accomplish these lofty goals, we need your financial help.
Any amount
is graciously accepted and will help with our mission. Please consider
assisting us and becoming a member of the MABF Founders Club with a donation
of $10,000 or more, payable over five years, which goes toward funding additional
scholarships. A lasting tribute of a $25,000 endowment will generate an annual
scholarship of $1,000 each year and can be named after your company or an
individual. Structured donations are also available through various investment
vehicles which offer your company or personal portfolio very attractive tax
advantages while helping to preserve and expand the broadcast industry for
future generations to enjoy. As a recognized charitable 501-c-3 foundation,
your contribution can be tax deductible. Please check with your tax advisor.

The Michigan Association of Broadcasters Foundation is a 501(C)(3)
non-profit educational and research-oriented charitable organization under
the Internal Revenue Service Code. The Foundation is involved with broadcast
history preservation and industry advancement through education, research and
promoting excellence. A major part of the Foundation is to promote the
continuation of excellence through a diverse broadcasting work force. This is
done by offering scholarships, internships and continuing education opportunities.
