Judging: All entries were judged by professional radio and television
broadcasters in Michigan except the High School Radio and Television Sports PSA
Categories which are judged by the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) and the Health Issues
PSA Categories which are judged by the Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH).
All judges decisions are final, and judges may give awards for first, second and
honorable mention.
